:: SWITCHBOARD REBRAND, THE CHALLENGE ::

A community-born mascot. An underutilized brand asset.
The client approached us with a clear need: a rebrand.

The brand already had a mascot organically created by a strong and engaged user community, but this character was not yet explored strategically or visually as part of the brand system. Our challenge was to transform this existing symbol into a core Web3 brand asset, scalable, recognizable, and aligned with the platform’s evolution.
Welcome, Mr Enclave!
First step: Gathering the right team of ilustrators, designers, animators and editors, evolving an already loved mascot into a functional, product-ready brand asset — aligned with the new visual system.
Second step: launching the rebrand with a structured rollout, combining teasers, strategic content, and visuals built to deliver narrative and market impact.
Final step: translating strategic positioning into a cohesive visual system, creating one of the most engaging and visually celebrated brands in the Web3 space.
Beyond illustration, into design and content structure.
This approach elevated brand perception, driving higher engagement rates and a stronger emotional connection between the community and the platform’s products.
